Richard Gaustad
Founder and Manager
Mr. Gaustad is the Manager of Ranking Trainer. As a lifelong entrepreneur, he previously founded 3 companies with 130 to 425 employees doing $18 to $30 million in annual revenue. With a Bachelor’s Degree in music, he performs on the side, has 2 grown children and a dog. In off time, he loves to explore, play music, watch movies and travel. Also see his LinkedIn profile.

Fhramar Delfin
Sales Manager
Fhramar started working for Mr. Gaustad 2014 at his Voifone Philippines call center. He has owned a BPO and lives in the Philippines with his wife and three children. Fhrams loves all-things-digital-marketing and spends most of his leisure time in family and church activities near his home.
Eric Gaustad
Mobile Business Development Manager
Eric Gaustad has a strong background in mobile telecommunications with an emphasis on Android OS. Eric is the son of the founder, and brings substantial skill and experience to the organization. He was born in Arizona and moved to Utah at the age of 8 with his family. He’s an avid gamer and studies “all-things-tech” for fun.
Marylou Fry
Customer Support Team Leader
Marylou started working for Mr. Gaustad’s companies in 2004 as a data entry operator for his voice broadcasting systems at that time. The system would generate leads for clients during the daytime (100’s to 1,000’s of leads every day). Marylou lives in the Philippines and like many staffers, works from home. She loves her dog, reading and learning everything she can about digital marketing.
Scott H. Coombs, Esq.
President
Scott H. Coombs serves as the President of Voifone Carrier, Inc. the parent company of Ranking Trainer. He’s an Arizona attorney specializing in bankruptcy and corporate law. Mr. Coombs has been married for 40 years, has 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren. He is an avid golfer and dedicated follower of the ASU and BYU football and the Arizona Cardinals.
Brett Myers
Director
Mr. Myers has been an educator for most of his life. He was a professor at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and currently teaches Career and Technology courses at a local Middle School near his home. He is a member of our Board of Directors and a shareholder in our parent company. Brett lives in Utah and is a single father raising his two young sons.
Gordon Clarke
Director
Gordon is an entrepreneur at heart. Gordon is a close friend and mentor of our founder along with serving as a Company Director. He is an expert full stack coder, is familiar with a broad range of Internet and database technologies and started multiple IT firms in Silicon Valley. Gordon spends time with his family and participates in athletic competitions like running, swimming and cycling . . . and he loves sci-fi movies!
Jeff Wilson
Chief Information Officer
Jeff Wilson graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. He holds two Microsoft certifications MCSA and MCSE – Data Platform for building enterprise-scale data solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments. As one of our Directors, Jeff is a valuable addition to our team. He lives in Utah with his wife, has 2 grown children and LOVES basketball.
